Its been an exciting and busy year with the introduction of the new DANA IIS insulin pump model and continuing the search for new products to make pump therapy more affordable for everyone.
I will be enjoying a break away from the office from 22nd December to 9th January so it would be greatly appreciated if you could ensure that you have sufficient supplies during this time. Although, as always, we will be available 24/7 for urgent pump support should you require it over the festive season. Please don’t hesitate to call if you need to.
Holiday season tips…
· Insulin is very sensitive to heat and sunlight so avoid exposing your pump to direct sun (heat).
· Ensure that your pump battery cap is clean and tight.
· Use an adhesive product (Skin-Tac) to ensure that your site stays well adhered.
